the best secret they have are their…

the best secret they have are their size tables (on the dutch website they have no size guide for their dresses. definitely a big no for me.

I don't understand this 3.4 rating…

I don't understand this 3.4 rating since their customer service is im fact NON EXISTENT. I tried e mail and Facebook- nothing for 2 days now. There is a problem with the delivery, NO ONE has contacted me or rang a bell of my house and they returned package to sender claiming they tried to deliver it three times.

Poor experience

Paid order on April 10th, like shown goods were sent on April 12th, till now i hadn't received. Few times contacted customer service, first got asnwer to wait, second time, standard answer that they investigate it. I Wrote email to refund money, second day hadn't received answer from them. (previuosly asnwered in few hours). Still waiting...

Paid my order. Got scammed

I placed my order on 20th April and it should have been arrived at my place in 4 to 8 days. On 29th April, I haven't received an update for 3 days and when I finally did on that day, it said that the carrier wasn't able to find my place and it's returned to their warehouse. Ok. The Easter came, I undestood the situation. By the 07th May, the carrier have "tried" 3 times to "find" me. I haven't one email to clarify my adress or even my situation. The carrier tried 3 times to find me but didn't contact me once.Today, 10th May, at 4 am, my order was delivered, to who? I don't know, but it wasn't me for sure. How could this amazing carrier that you're partner with not find me 3 times, but for the 4th time, AT 4 AM, he delivered the order.I didn't receive a thing and the Customer Service didn't bothered to response to my large list of emails that I've sent to them. I guess they don't know how to write in English. Maybe it's not BestSecrets's fault for all I've experienced, but if you care about your customers, at least hire new people for the Customer Service. I'm working on a Customer Service department and I know what is going on in one

Excellent clothes for affordable price

Support and item delivery/refund speed is just terrible.

So i got my first order in about 2 weeks, iam fine with that, i didnt like the item and sent them back. 2,5 weeks passed after i sent my items back and requested refund and i still didnt recieve my refund.
The next day after my first order i bought again and those items still havent arrrived. After like 3 weeks i noticed in my mobile app that items couldnt reach me due to wrong address ( You could notify me about that by email ! ) anyways i requested refund instead of getting those items, they kindly asked to wait. I agreed and gave them correct address and still didnt get the items after like another week and in the ''track order'' section appeared that they tried to deliver 2 times ( which they didnt 100%) i was home 24/7. I asked for a refund 3 days ago - No response in email. I will change my experience rate if something changes but for now the service looks terrible.
P.S. Now iam away from home for 6 months (so you wont be able to deliver the goods anymore, you had more than enough time to do that) i would like to get a full refund !

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed! My first time ordering from BS - ordered a Christmas gift on December 14th with BS clearly stating GUARANTEED BEFORE CHRISTMAS DELIEVERY. Needless to say, the package did not arrive in time. Looking at the other reviews, late delievery seems to be somewhat of a standard for BS, so is is absolutely baffling that they'd deceive customers by promising such a "guarantee". Would not recommend to anyone who needs to receive the package by a certain date.
